The slideway wipers are suitable for mounting on slideways or any moving surfaces, providing cleaning function and preventing foreign objects from entering to damage the slideways or moving surfaces. The wiper is fixed by an aluminum alloy frame, which can be assembled by sections for convenience. Outstanding features integrated are dust resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, wear resistance as well as long service life.
Various wiper materials can be selected, such as:
  • PU material featuring wear-resistance and high pressure resistance.
  • NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber). This material has superior oil resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, high pressure oil resistance. It also features superior compression resistance, wear resistance and elongation capacity.
  • FPM (Fluoro Carbon Rubber). A material that is capable of resisting high temperature up to 250°C. It resists most oil and solvents, especially for all acids, fatty alkyl, perfumed alkyl and vegetable oils.
